When using Microsoft Live Meeting with on premises Office Communications Server, you may experience that all features of Live Meeting is working except for the whiteboard.
Also adding a file to a meeting might fail
The Live Meeting logfile may show the following error:
RTPFormat doesn’t recognize fmtp:121 CIF=15;VGA=15;PANO=15
Live Meeting error:
“Content failed to download due to a problem with the Conference Center configuration. Contact your administrator.”
and “Download failed”
The most common cause for this is that the conference share is not accessible from one or more attendees location.
A Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 Front End server has a webconference share hosted on the ISS server. This web application must be accessible from all attendees locations or the whiteboard shareing will fail.
Make sure that all have access to the Web Conference Share. Internal users must have access to the Front End server hosting this service. External users must also have to the front end server, typically using a Microsoft ISA server.
