When using the agent tabs for Office Communications Server Response Group Service (RGS), you might experince problems with getting content in the RGS tab.

On a client computer the tabs shows “Connecting….” as it should

After a short while the RGS tab times out and displays the error message; “Sorry, this page is
temporarily unavailable. Click here to try again”
This problem is caused by problems connecting to the OCS web service (on the Front-End server) To solve this problem in my case, I just needed to add the OCS Front End server to the Local Intranet Zone in Internet Explorer the get Integrated Authentication working
After adding the server to the IE Zone, the response Group tab was working again.
