Today I had a problem with a user which wanted to make PSTN calls on behalf of an response group.

However the call fails with “We couldn’t reach…”.

If you make a call on behalf of a response group, you might get the below error:

“Cannot complete the call because you are no longer an agent for the response group”

This might be caused by the respons group settings which has been set to Formal login (default is Informal), and then the agent has not logged in.
